No, Paul is saying, God is in there. By His Spirit He is within you, sharing himself with you so that you come better to understand Him….How can the Spirit translate our incoherent groaning and needs into what God the Father understands? How can we be induced to call out to Him in Jesus not “greetings, distant, unforgiving God but Abba, Daddy”? Because God is within you sympathizing right now – understanding your feelings, making you understand His.
