Revelation 2:1 – 7 • Series: Letters Through the Looking Glass • July 12, 2009
“We’ve no longer, I think, the luxury of defining ourselves like some Tweedledum to another church’s Tweedledee, fighting over what to the world is now some esoteric, inconsequential rattle of theological debate. Rather, it is the passion of a clear Gospel to the world which must be everything to us. It must be the standard flying above all we do and care about it. The gospel beginning with us and going to those who don’t yet know its passion. Why? Because “I the chief of sinners am, but Jesus died for me.”
