In 2006, I wrote ‘Space Probe Astonauts’ for the SPC Space Probe Vacation Bible School. Anna B, Hannah H, & Mauren H are singing. Brad Howren did the drumming & the recording. We did two versions – this is the quasi-reformed-heavy-metal-rock-version one.
We are Space Probe Astronauts / Flying on a mission for the Son
In the Spirit’s holy power / Expressing faith through love to everyone
Telling them of Jesus’ life / His death and resurrection and His love
And of life that never ends / Given out of grace from up above
Where He leads we bravely go / Blazing into the dark stormy night
What He asks we gladly give / We lay down our lives
We fight the good fight
